Ria Dougherty

A lifelong resident of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Ria was raised in McLean, VA, where she continues to live today. Her passion for real estate began with her first role at a leading DC-based commercial and residential development firm, where she gained invaluable experience across many facets of the industry.
She continued her career in the new home construction sector, serving as a sales and marketing manager for several small to mid-sized builders throughout the DMV region.

Before returning to residential real estate, Ria held senior positions in sales and business development within the technology and consulting sectors, sharpening the consultative approach that defines her work today. Known for her boutique, concierge-level service, Ria takes the time to truly understand each client’s goals and delivers personalized guidance with attention to detail—whether representing a luxury property or assisting a first-time homebuyer.

She is equally committed to giving back to the community and actively supports local organizations, including Second Story, a nonprofit serving youth in crisis across Northern Virginia.
In her downtime, Ria enjoys cooking (often creating her own recipes), exploring trails with her golden retriever Max, and traveling—especially to Europe and the Greek Cyclades Islands.
