Originally from Canada, Tracy now calls McLean, Virginia, home. She raised her children to speak French—her daughter Katie has fully embraced the language, while her son Samuel tolerates it :-). She holds advanced degrees in Political Science, and her plan for retirement is to return to academia and teach public policy once again.
