Stephen Biskup started practicing real estate as a full time employed agent in 1999 and has never looked back. Real estate is his passion.
Since then, Stephen has negotiated and written contracts, leased, sold, marketed, managed properties, coordinated escrows, reviewed title reports, consulted environmental hazard specialists, conferred with attorneys, and has prepared endless legal documents on behalf of his clients. He works with relocation companies, as well as builder/developers and city planners to handle real estate solutions at the highest professional level.
Each year in business, Stephen’s sales volume has grown and it has resulted in the following awards: 'Rookie of the Year', Millennium Club Gold in 2015, a 2018 second quarter top producer plus other awards and designations. Recently, Stephen was featured as a top real estate broker with 2,000,000 viewers on “Good Mythical Morning”, which is one of the most popular YouTube programs.
Stephen’s areas of sales have included, but are not limited to, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Glendale, Burbank, and the surrounding vicinities.
Proudly, Stephen can say that his daughter has become a successful plastic surgeon, even with three small children. He is also a proud grandfather of these beautiful grandchildren ages 5, 3 and 4 months old. When Stephen is not doing real estate or babysitting, in his few spare moments, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking and dancing Argentinian tango.
