Maria Bowman

Maria Bowman is known for her tireless work ethic and ability to offer a full-service real estate experience, always going above and beyond for her clients. She has worked with The Patterson Group since 2013 and consistently displays a keen and comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the real estate process. Because Maria grew up in a military family, she is well-acquainted with the moving process, but she has always called Alexandria home. She spent most of her childhood living in Waynewood before attending Villanova University, where she played on the lacrosse team for four years. Maria currently lives in Old Town Alexandria. When she is not working, she enjoys dining at Old Town’s many restaurants and running along the George Washington Parkway. She is also an active member of the Junior Friends of The Campagna Center.
