Peter Leonard-Morgan

Peter grew up in London, relocating to the United States in 2001. His formative business years were spent in the luxury automobile sales field, representing Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari and Lamborghini, before transitioning into business aircraft sales, where he remained for 20 years. His move into real estate was a natural fit as a ten-year Loudoun County resident who strives to ensure that his clients receive the finest level of service. Peter is married with two children and lives in the heart of hunt country, Middleburg, Virginia where he plays an active role in his community as a member of the town council. During his career selling Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream, Bombardier and Raytheon business jets, plus Sikorsky and Agusta helicopters, Peter traveled extensively globally. His transactions with Chinese clients has given Peter a strong understanding of Chinese buyer requirements which he puts to use in his real estate business in Northern Virginia, in particular with vineyard and winery sales. Peter has completed the Sotheby's International Realty Global Advisor China program, crafted to position specific associates to conduct increased business with Chinese buyers and sellers, and is a DAAR (the Dulles Area Association of Realtors) Board Member. He is also a Silver Preferred Agent for Concierge Auctions, a Sotheby's International Realty approved luxury real estate auction house. Peter recently became licensed as a broker in Delaware and is now the Broker of Record for Delaware at Hunt Country Sotheby’s International Realty.
