Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Jamie has a varied skillset in terms of career history and experience. Prior to his real estate career which started in the late 1990’s, Jamie had a seven year stint on a private super yacht, sailing the world rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous. He then returned home to work in the family business, managing a national fashion retail chain. After the earthquakes hit it was a move north and into real estate, where he began honing his skills in development and project marketing.
Having lived on Waiheke Island since late 2010 means Jamie has a strong knowledge of the local market. Seeing a transition, Waiheke has become a premium location to live and holiday with some of New Zealand’s most desirable homes. Understanding exactly what we are representing and selling is the most important aspect to Jamie.
Jamie is enthusiastic when it comes to anything property related. His love of architecture and design is a perfect fit for the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Dealing with high profile clients, understanding their needs and requirements is a top priority.
Jamie enjoys as much time as he can with his young family. When he gets the chance mountain biking, boating, fishing and diving are favorite past times.
