Having overseen more than $300 million worth of real estate transactions in the last ten years, Mona Banes, a Senior Vice President at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, is one of the top producing Realtors in the area. Mona has been featured in Washingtonian Magazine’s “Best of Washington”, Arlington Magazine’s “Best of Arlington, and named a Real Producer’s “Top Agent” many times. In 2023, Mona was named as one of the DMV’s “40 under the age of 40” agents.

Mona is a strong believer in giving back to her community, and was awarded one of the Town of Vienna’s Mayor Volunteer Recognition awards.

Mona currently resides in McLean with her husband, Adam, a practicing attorney, and their children, Rayan and Elliana. When she is not working, Mona loves to cook and try new recipes from various cultures. One of her passions is entertaining her friends and family in her home. She is an avid runner and appreciates the world of interior decorating, which comes in handy when advising clients on renovations and decorating.
