Chandler has an outstanding ability to guide clients through the decision-making process to determine which home will best meet their evolving needs. His goal is to provide clients with the information to make an informed and honest decision regarding the investment in their home. This contributes to a better client experience, regardless of whether a client is buying, selling, remodeling or building new.
Chandler’s combination of over 30 years both as a licensed realtor and in the design and construction industry as a managing partner and co-founder of FOXCRAFT Design Group, Inc., enables him to bring unique skills and experience to his real estate clientele. (FOXCRAFT Design Group, Inc., is an award-winning general contractor in the residential remodeling, kitchen and bath design, and new construction business, licensed in Virginia, DC and Maryland).
Chandler’s clients appreciate his ability to guide them through the many aspects of design and budgeting choices of remodeling a home versus selling a home, and also having the integrity to tell a client that moving and purchasing another home may be more suited to his clients’ needs. Chandler’s in-depth knowledge of the Virginia-DC-Maryland real estate market, as well as his hands-on involvement in the home construction and design process (including knowledge of what is permissible / required under building codes, local zoning, and the permitting process) enables his clients to benefit from his comprehensive experience and to make informed decisions when selling and buying a home. His unique aptitude to assess the right home choice for the right client is unmatched.
Chandler has lived in Arlington, VA, for his adult life and has experienced first-hand the excitement, opportunity and growing pains of multiple rapid and robust real estate transformations in the area. Chandler still considers himself a ‘horse guy’ after growing up on a horse farm in Fauquier County, and going to school in central Virginia at Woodberry Forest and the University of Virginia.
In his spare time, Chandler enjoys sports, music, travel and neighborhood endeavors. He is directly involved in local community efforts including an annual ACPD 'Fill A Cruiser' toy program; supporting local charity fundraisers including the Children’s Hospital, the Sycamore School, and Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program; and raising awareness for the Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation.
