Immigrating from the Philippines at the age of four, Andrew saw firsthand how difficult it was for his parents to establish a new life in a foreign country. Those life lessons helped create a relentless work ethic and a solid foundation of awareness and empathy towards others which has helped shape him throughout the years.

After working for almost a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, Andrew decided to use his vast experience being directly involved with patient care to transition seamlessly over into real estate.
