A Northern Virginia native, Doug Richards witnessed its transformation from sleepy suburb to vibrant economic center, and has a passion for bringing buyers and sellers together in the place he calls home. His career began at a large national new home developer, where he navigated some of the most successful new home communities in the metro Washington, DC area and honed expert sales and negotiating skills.
