Annemarie made the transition into real estate after a career in advertising working for several top agencies in NYC. Her strong background in communications and marketing, and former position as Director of Advertising for a local magazine, has made her a premier service Realtor®. She truly cares about her clients and her good reputation keeps clients coming back time after time.
Annemarie grew up in Scarsdale, NY, and moved to Summit more than 30 years ago. She not only has extensive knowledge of Summit but the surrounding towns of Chatham, Short Hills, Millburn, Madison, New Providence, and Berkeley Heights as well. She is a Board member on the Summit Rent Commission and has been an active member of the Junior League of Summit, Class Parent for both Lincoln Hubbard and Lawton C. Johnson Middle School, past Board member for Central Presbyterian Weekday Nursery School & Kindergarten, a parishioner and CCD teacher at St. Teresa of Avila, Chairperson for Summit Senior Connections Fundraiser, Committee member and Team Captain Mother for the Summit Hilltopper Football organization, Reeves-Reed Arboretum Holiday House Tour Committee member, past member of Christ Child Society, a former member of Beacon Hill Club and current member of Baltusrol Golf Club. Annemarie resides in Summit with her husband Tom and four children. She has three sons that over the past three years have graduated from Texas Christian University, Michigan State University and the University of Connecticut. Her daughter is currently a freshman at Texas Christian University.

Annemarie is partners with April Wingate and they have recently added Lisa Hatch and Beth Tully to their team to make up the Cahill Wingate Group. April, Lisa and Beth are long-time residents of both Chatham and Summit which allows the team extensive insight into the surrounding areas.
