Richard Adams specializes in luxury home and condominium sales, including waterfront, beachfront and golf course communities. Since the early 1980s, he has explored and discovered the riches of Southwest Florida and as a full-time real estate professional in Naples and Marco Island, he is passionate about helping others realize ownership of this exclusive tropical lifestyle. Richard is accustomed to working with customers of varying personalities, from the experienced, most discriminating purchaser to the first-time buyer from a variety of domestic and international locations. Local influence and community service are a priority to Richard and a portion of each transaction is donated to various charities that enrich and support our community.
