Barbara Alessio

After different work experiences and almost 20 years abroad, Barbara discovers and falls in love with the real estate world in 2011 in Rome. She joins Sotheby’s International Realty?s in 2018 attracted by its fast-paced, sophisticated and multi-faceted environment. She enjoys the human aspect of building relationship with her customers and thrives in the challenges that each transaction brings. After a Bachelor Degree in German and Ancient Greek at UCL London, and a training period at the EEC in Bruxelles, she works as stock broker for Prudential Bache Securities and UBS Securities in Bruxelles and New York. She moves on to work as an Investor Relation Manager for an OTC company in NYC and for a NYSE. Flexibility, problem solving, negotiating skills, working under pressure, undivided attention to customer?s needs are some of the skills that Barbara brings in from her background. As member of our Sotheby?’s International Realty Team, she was awarded last year as one of the top 3 agents in Italy, being always available, enthusiastic and eager to work.
