Global real estate advisor Jim Henkel is a long-time resident of the Tampa Bay area, having resided here since 1981. He has over 30 years of corporate sales and executive leadership experience in telecommunications, payments and real estate. Jim is consistently one of the top-producing agents in the area and brings his business savvy working with Fortune 500 companies to his partnership with Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Jim relocated to Hollywood, Florida as a child and graduated from Mercer University in Georgia with a bachelor's degree in history. Jim is proud to offer his expertise in every aspect of real estate transactions, providing excellent service with a strong customer-first work ethic. Guiding his customers through all aspects of the process so that they receive the best outcome is paramount to him. Jim earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation which showcases his ability to negotiate the best terms and conditions for his clientele.

Jim has been married to his wife Lisa, a St. Petersburg native, for over 40 years and enjoys all that the region has to offer. They have one married daughter and two beautiful grandchildren who reside in Indianapolis. Outside of work, Jim is a member of the Dunedin Golf Club, is a longtime coach and umpire with Clearwater National Little League, supports Dunedin Cares, and enjoys traveling with his wife and visiting his family in Indiana.
