Early on in her career, Kathy Barrett earned the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® first “Rookie of the Year” award upon her real estate debut in 2007 with Lois Schneider Realtor® and was recognized by her own company with their Rising Star Award that same year. Now with over 16 years of experience representing sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions and her work in the humanitarian sectors, Kathy has a strong client base evidenced by satisfied clients and constant referrals. A resident of Chatham for over 33 years and having raised five children who all attended Chatham public schools, Kathy has an in-depth knowledge of her own town and the surrounding communities of Summit, New Providence, Berkeley Heights, Madison, Millburn/Short Hills, Maplewood, Harding and Basking Ridge. She enjoys traveling, art, reading, beach vacations with her family, writing, and her two black labs!
