Matthew Boland

Originally from New York, New York, Matthew Boland currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to a career in real estate, he worked at an auction house for seven years at Doyle New York in Manhattan. Matthew became an art expert and worked with many estates and later became a buyer at One Kings Lane in New York. His deep knowledge of art, antiques and connection to the Sotheby's brand started after he attended graduate school at Sotheby's Institute of Art.

Focusing his energy and insight on creating partnerships with his clients, he devotes his time to researching the market and negotiating top quality results. Whether you are looking for your first house, a renovation project or your forever home, Matthew can be your associate.
