Jeremy’s first real estate experience was a personal one when he took a “leap of faith” and purchased a duplex as a home and rental property. It was one of the best decisions he had ever made, and it encouraged him to earn apartment syndication certification. Jeremy’s agent — who was also his best friend and colleague — piqued his interest in the industry and inspired him to replicate his systems, techniques, and approach for his own clients.
Through his professional success, vast network, and a seat on the board of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), which helps abused and neglected children, Jeremy is compelled to be a positive example in his community. To unwind, Jeremy enjoys traveling, mountain biking, clay shooting, bourbon, and golf.
