As a licensed Real Estate professional since 1979, Chad has been active as a principal, property manager, commercial/residential sales and leasing broker. His wide variety of experience brings a special credibility to any transaction- an experience particularly useful in the extremely sensitive world of luxury home sales. Chad's abiding community commitments also serve to keep him very close to the North Shore's rich and constantly evolving business and political scene; thus providing depth to his knowledge of our ever changing Real Estate markets. He is a past Trustee for the Village of Matinecock, Treasurer of Locust Valley's Matinecock Neighborhood Association, and Trustee at Historic Allaire Village in New Jersey and Vestryman at St. John's Church of Cold Spring Harbor. He is currently President of the Board of Trustees of the Locust Valley Library. Chad is married with two grown girls. Chad prides himself on his ability to negotiate transactions that leave both parties feeling well served at Closing- something very important and increasingly difficult to manage within our fast-paced, Internet driven markets.
