Brigid Flint

With an Economics degree from Colorado College, Brigid Flint brings over 16 years of experience to her real estate practice as an Associate Broker with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. She started in the business after working with property management firms booking nightly/weekly ski vacations in Park City and other Rocky Mountain resorts where she learned the local ski properties in Old Town, Deer Valley and the Canyons. Brigid’s knowledge of both real estate brokerage and nightly rentals allow her to guide clients to the best investment properties in Park City ski resorts.

In addition to being an active REALTOR®, Brigid brings a vast knowledge of the outdoor adventure industry. Brigid was first introduced to Park City while guiding multi-day river rafting and mountain biking trips through Utah, Idaho and Colorado. She also spent several years dedicated to promoting the causes of environmental non-profit organizations like the Waterkeeper Alliance. Her experience in the outdoor adventure industry and environmental preservation field has increased her appreciation of the unprecedented lifestyle offered by the pristine beauty found throughout Utah.

In her free time Brigid enjoys Park City’s world class skiing, mountain biking, and the amazing outdoor lifestyle this area has to offer. Brigid has two daughters, which she is grateful to raise in Park City with access to top-rated education, endless outdoor pursuits, music and arts. Brigid is an active member of the community and serves on a strategic committee for the Park City Education Foundation. She feels extremely lucky to share the Park City community with her extended family of her two sisters and parents who also now have a home in Park City, which they visit frequently.

In 2010 Brigid joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty along with her business partner Michelle Eastman where they maintain a place in the top tier of their firm. Notably, Michelle and Brigid represented Sterling Bay Companies in the acquisition of the Victory Ranch and Conservancy Development, an 6,700 acre luxury community with a Rees Jones championship golf course and Provo River frontage. Expanding their development sales experience the Flint and Eastman Team are the listing agents for High Star Ranch, a John Paul Dejoria luxury ranch community on over 1,000 acres. Their team focuses on the sale of luxury real estate to include residences at the St. Regis Deer Valley and The Colony at White Pine Canyon. The Flint and Eastman Team has been integral in setting the market in Old Town Park City and the Colony at White Pine Canyon with multiple record-high sales.
