Philip Leverrier

Phil Leverrier grew up in Bethesda, MD surrounded by the daily workings of the real estate industry. His father, Rick Leverrier, a fellow TTR Sotheby's International Realty agent, has been working in real estate for over 25 years. Phil graduated with honors from St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C. and chose Loyola University Maryland to study for his business degree. During his time on campus, Phil was the general manager of the college radio station, WLOY. He studied abroad in Auckland, New Zealand, and he has loved traveling the world ever since. He graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing which prepared him for positions with Icelandair, Citi Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, before joining TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Phil is an avid sports fan, and he especially enjoys attending Nationals and Orioles games. Phil currently lives in Alexandria, VA and is a licensed Realtor® in DC, MD, and VA.
