Susie Kupka

Susie has lived in Washington for nearly 20 years and is licensed in DC, MD and VA. Prior to real estate, she worked in the fields of marketing and public relations where her clients included Fortune 500 companies. This experience has crossed over well into her practice of real estate, offering her clients an expertise in effective marketing of their properties and providing clear communication throughout the home buying process. Her keen interest in interior design and art lends itself to a helpful eye in staging properties and recognizing a home's potential when working with buyers. She's enjoyed overseeing the renovation and design of several homes of her own. She brings to clients professionalism, honesty and consistent follow-t hrough, and considers being a good listener and communicator paramount to her success. She is also able to offer clients a solid knowledge of area neighborhoods and schools, having 2 school-aged boys herself. She currently resides in the Kent/Palisades neighborhood in Northwest DC with her husband, Steve, and their sons, and has also spent many years living in Georgetown. Susie was born and raised in South Carolina and graduated from SMU in Dallas, Texas, with a BA in Communications and a minor in studio art. She has also lived in Nashville, TN, and Omaha, NE. Her favorite hobbies include tennis, golf, Bikram yoga and travel.
