Christie-Anne Weiss

Christie-Anne Weiss is a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. She and her business partner, Christopher Ritzert, form Ritzert Weiss Partners, which has been named the Top Producing Team company-wide each year since 2012. Mrs. Weiss is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Known for her results orientation and keen negotiating skills, Christie-Anne Weiss is the consummate professional. She developed an early specialization in multi-unit rental housing transactions where both her analytical skills and knowledge of DC landlord and tenants' rights helped her clients achieve value. Today, Mrs. Weiss and her business partner, Christopher Ritzert, and the RWP team represent a wide range of properties throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan region, Virginia Hunt Country and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She is respected amongst her colleagues and clients for her flexibility, tireless energy and high ethical standards.



Mrs. Weiss also devotes significant time to arts and education initiatives that include current board memberships at Teach For America DC Region and a U.S. Director position for Shakespeare's Globe London. She has chaired numerous local galas and auctions.



Mrs. Weiss began her real estate career in 1983 after completing an M.B.A. at Columbia University, an A.B. with honors at Duke University and a C.E.P. degree at l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, France. She and her husband of 41 years, Jeff Weiss, have four grown children and two irresistible grandchildren.
