Melanie Hayes

Melanie, a Vice President with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty has been with the firm since 2012 and primarily focuses on transactions in Northwest DC. As a long-time DC resident having lived in Georgetown and Kalorama and licensed in all three jurisdictions, Melanie is able to offer clients her personal knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. She has consecutively been named a Top Agent by DC Modern Luxury and The Washingtonian. Melanie’s listings have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. In addition to serving clients in DC, Virginia, and Maryland, Melanie has a depth of knowledge and special fondness for the Georgetown neighborhood. In 2017, she created GeorgetownPropertyListings.com a website dedicated to showcasing residential real estate and lifestyle content specific to Georgetown. In July 2022, Melanie joined the Heider Team, a top producing team known for its extensive social media following and innovative marketing, lead by TTR Sotheby’s colleague Daniel Heider. Lastly, Melanie is a board member of Georgetown Main Streets, a DC non-profit supporting small and local businesses along the Wisconsin Avenue corridor.
