Meet the Team
Whitney has been in the profession since 2006 and has extensive knowledge of the Denver metro and surrounding areas. Whitney's drive and enthusiasm will ensure you have an enjoyable and seamless experience. In addition to being recognized as one of LIV Sotheby's top producing agents, Whitney was selected to star in HGTV's My First Place. Whitney's education began at Littleton High School and concluded with a business degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri. During her collegiate years she represented MU as an All American student athlete in swimming. She and her husband reside in Heritage Greens, Centennial where they spend a lot of time with their children McKinley, Addie, and Henry.
Rosemary has been a resident of The Village at Castle Pines since 1987. Rosemary acquired her real estate license in 1998, beginning her career with Best Properties and Coldwell Banker, prior to joining Fuller Towne & Country Properties (now LIV Sotheby's) in 2002. She earned her GRI designation in 2003 and her CRS designation in 2005. From Bloomington, Indiana, Rosemary earned her BA from Indiana University in 1967 and is an Alpha Phi Alumnae. She is a member of Castle Pines 18 Hole Ladies Golf group, Castle Pines Garden Club and has written the Real Estate section for The Village at Castle Pines Reporter newsletter for 15 years.

Debbie is the team's licensed assistant. Over the last two decades she has worked in every aspect of the industry from selling real estate, owning her own real estate company, office manager, relocation transaction coordinator and real estate assistant. Debbie's warm, professional, and energetic style make clients feel at ease while offering guidance, expertise and navigation through every facet of the transaction.

Scott's passion is in helping his clients reach their goals of homeownership, something he's been practicing since 2002. Scott has a unique blend of mortgage loan and management experience which helps him structure files and get his clients the best financing available in any market. Scott's exceptional communication skills, market insights and knowledge are an invaluable resource to the Cain/ Nigh real estate team.
