Denise Barnwell

Who would be better than TWO REALTORS® that are constantly focused on your neighborhood? Denise Barnwell and her husband, Tom, are both licensed REALTORS®. They play on each others strengths and talents and divide the work along those lines. Tom's background in mortgages and Denise's background in interior design often come into play. Denise and Tom are very involved in the REALTOR® community which offers tremendous networking possibilities and many opportunities for continuing education. Tom was voted onto the South Metro Board of REALTORS® in 2001 and served a three year term. They believe that networking within the Realtor® community often helps with getting a transaction closed.
