Professional Profile Maria's love for the 'Jersey Shore' became a reality for her in 1983 when she bought her first condominium at the 'BEACH' in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. She graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Marketing. She has worked in sales and marketing for over 25 years. For 8 years, she worked in New Home Development/Builder Sales and for 16 years had a very successful career within the pharmaceutical industry. She acquired her Real Estate license in 1990 and her Real Estate interest has turned into a new and exciting Real Estate career with Childers Sotheby's International Realty. Personal Background Maria lives in Point Pleasant with her husband Kevin, daughter Kelly and son Ryan. It was very important to her that her children be raised in the best place in New Jersey 'THE JERSEY SHORE'. Maria is very involved within the local community.
