Born and raised in Avalon, Wes will forever refer to the 7 Mile Island as his home. His passion for the real estate industry started during his formative years. Pursuing both athletics and higher education led Wes to the city of Philadelphia, where he became a dual student-athlete in basketball and golf at the University of the Sciences. On a full scholarship at the division II level, his work ethic allowed him to graduate with honors earning a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business - specializing in marketing, consumer behavior, and entrepreneurship.
Following graduation, Wes started his professional career at Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty, starting from the ground floor and learning the real estate business. After years of growth in the company, he ascended to the role of Vice President. Internally, he leads business development, marketing, recruitment, office operations, referrals, relocations, and digital presence. He remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry, infusing innovation into the business landscape.
