Raised in Annapolis and a resident of Old Town Alexandria, Patrick assists home buyers and sellers throughout the Annapolis, Alexandria, and Washington, D.C. area. As the son of an investor, Patrick was inspired to put into practice the lessons of his childhood and provides a thoughtful, research based approach to advising his clients. With a degree in Landscape Architecture, Patrick has a designer’s eye for the fine details of a property and this guides him when preparing homes for sale and when evaluating the houses his clients are considering purchasing. Patrick also understands that the purchase or sale of a home is not just financial, but emotional, and his approach provides comfort and confidence to his clients on both of these measures. Prior to his career in real estate, Patrick was a small business owner and developed a strong commitment to customer care and unparalleled service to his clients. His approach begins with investing the time to carefully understand his clients’ goals and then he shares them as his own. When Patrick is not working, you can find him spending time with friends and family in Old Town or Washington, D.C., boating in Annapolis, or skydiving in Virginia.
