Ann Marie Battaglia

Professional Sales Associate, Ann Marie Battaglia, engages the savvy acumen acquired in business, philanthropy and sales to assist her clients with one of their most important investments. She has an impressive record to show for her efforts. The New Jersey Association of Realtors® (NJAR) has recognized her demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship each year since 2011. During her previous affiliation with an international real estate entity, Ann Marie ranked in the top 20 percent of the firm's agents worldwide for 2011 and 2014 and in the top 15 percent in 2013. She has consistently been a member of NJAR's Million Dollar Club since 2009.

Ann Marie graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with concentrations in finance, business law and insurance. Post academia, she performed as Assistant Treasurer-National Account Representative for Cash Management Sales at First Fidelity Bank (Wachovia) and as Corporate Lending Officer to Austrian subsidiaries in the US for European American Bank.

Ann Marie chose Madison to raise her family of four and has been a resident for 30+ years. Her civic allegiance has included membership on the board of the Booster Clubs for boys' lacrosse and girls field hockey programs, acting as treasurer for Madison Jr. School PTO and avidly fund raising for Saint Vincent Martyr School, Seton Hall Prep and Wagner College's men's lacrosse program. Particularly dear to her heart is fundraising for ovarian cancer through Kaleidoscope of Hope and increasing awareness through Turn the Towns Teal. Members of Madison's YMCA also know her as one of its current and longtime cycling instructors.
