Marybeth Eckhardt

In 2006, licensed sales agents Kathleen Boyd and Marybeth Eckhardt combined their awarded real estate, marketing, advertising and sales acumen to form Boyd Eckhardt Partners. In the years to date, the agents have successfully completed over $500 million in real estate transactions. Their accomplishments were recognized by The Wall Street Journal, naming them one of the top teams in NJ; Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, a global compendium of the finest residential real estate firms; and Sotheby’s who named them “Top Team of 2020.”

Kathleen’s past positions include Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for News Digital Media, a cutting edge technology company based in New York. While at the forefront of the tech boom, Kathleen successfully launched major web sites and helped pave the path for digital content and multi-platform marketing. Kathleen holds a BA degree from Villanova University. She resided in Chatham for 10 years before moving with her family to Madison. She is currently the president of the board for Covenant House NJ and volunteers regularly at the crisis center in Newark.

A 15-year veteran of a national broadcasting company, Marybeth gained valuable sales, marketing and management experience in New York, Washington, DC, Chicago and San Francisco. In her role as Vice President, General Sales Manager, Marybeth was responsible for overseeing a large national sales team that generated over $300 million annually in national advertising revenue. Marybeth holds a BA degree in Communication and Journalism from West Virginia University. She was a co-President of the Kings Road PTO, active in the MHS PTO, volunteers for Dress for Success and also sits on the board of Covenant House NJ.

Kristen joined the Boyd Eckhardt Team in 2019 with extensive experience in real estate development, sales and investments. Working as a buyer agent for the team, Kristen offers her clients a personalized home search experience with unparalleled knowledge of the different towns, schools and communities. Kristen holds a BA from the University of Vermont and has lived in Chatham for 20 years with her husband and 4 daughters.
