Joshua Berlin is a Licensed Real Estate Saleperson focused on customer service and making the home selling/buying process clear and stress free for his clients. Utilizing skills developed over 25 years of working in the retail and wholesale industries, he is a skilled negotiator and someone you can rely upon for up-to-date information and clear, direct answers to questions. As a listing agent he works tirelessly to make the home selling process as convenient as possible.

Raised in the Scarsdale area and attending Edgemont schools, Josh has first-hand knowledge of Lower Westchester. He attended University of Maryland studying architecture. Prior to working in real estate, he was the owner of Folio Per Se Limited, a specialty retail store located in Scarsdale. There he developed strong relationships with his customers and clients, many of which continue to this day.
