Denise Figliolia

Denise has been with Terrace Sotheby's Realty for almost 20 years. She is a longtime Forest Hills resident and has lived in the community for almost 40 years. Denise brings a vast wealth of knowledge and first hand experience to her customers having renovated multiple houses. She has both artistic vision and a strong working knowledge of construction and design. Denise is the mother of triplet boys who were born and raised in Forest Hills and attended both the local public and private schools. What Denise loves most about her job is the diversity of the neighborhood and finding just the right home for her customers. In the process, Denise has developed long lasting relationships with many of her buyers and sellers.
