Pete Burman

Peter S. Burman has been a dedicated real estate professional since 1979 and his long career has provided him with many preferred qualities needed to produce a positive real estate experience. He is licensed and well experienced in both residential and commercial sales. Most of his business is comprised of repeat clients and referrals, which leaves time for the most important part of real estate, his clients.

Pete brings his strong negotiating skills to every transaction and always works in the best interest of his clients. Every home sale or purchase is different and Pete's vast experience has taught him to expect and prepare for the unexpected, as well as finding each individual home's unique qualities in order to properly market, price, and sell every home.

Pete is also involved in investing in properties on his own, as well as with other prominent investors. Through this connection he always has buyers, and many properties he represents are sold before they reach the market. His expertise in finance and negotiation can greatly enhance the likelihood of a deal to go together and stay together.

Outside of real estate, Pete is very active and well rounded. He graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a major in Business Financing, and played on the varsity baseball team there for three years. He also played on the Old Blues Rugby team for eight years and won 2 National Championships.

Pete has resided in Diablo Valley his entire life and has lived in Diablo Country Club with his family for the last 20 years. Along with Pete, his family is just as active. His wife Wendy is an avid tennis player at Diablo Country Club. His son Cody is 18, a recent graduate of Monte Vista where he played Varsity Football and Varsity Baseball, and his daughter Shelby who is 16, currently in Monte Vista, and is on the Varsity Swim Team.

Pete also enjoys participating in golf tournaments and socializing with friends, who are mostly previous and future clients.
