In 2005 I became a Real Estate Professional. During the past 12 years as a realtor, I have participated in multiple transactions as a seller’s agent and buyer’s agent. I provide my clients with current market expertise and exceptional listening skills. I am a performance oriented individual and very resourceful when it comes to keeping my clients best interest first.
Before becoming a Realtor I was a Television/Radio Producer in Advertising/ NYC. I produced Television/Radio commercials for General Mills, McDonalds, Skippy Peanut Butter, Yoplait Yogurt, Proctor and Gamble – just to name a few. Dealing with marketing and creative executives in the advertising industry afforded me experience in dealing with all levels of personalities and allowed me to effectively navigate many complicated situations.
This experience in Advertising has helped me successfully guide sellers and buyers through the real estate process. Having sold thru-out Monmouth County I have gathered extensive knowledge of the towns in the area. This knowledge is impactful when showing and listing homes because I share it with my clients. I am detailed in every aspect of a transaction and dedicated to creating a worry free environment for my clients so that we can get to the closing table with the least amount of inconvenience in the quickest amount of time. Having an “eye” for renovating along with staging a home, I pride myself in assisting sellers/buyers to visualize the possibilities in creating their DREAM HOME!
I love living in Monmouth County. It has the best of all worlds – open space, towns with a “city” feel, beautiful beaches, gorgeous parks, shopping and easy commute to NYC! As a resident of Colts Neck for over 20 years, I have raised my 3 children here. I was an active Board member of the Colts Neck PTO, a member of Colts Neck Business Association and a member of my church. I have participated in Breast Cancer walks and believe that giving back to society is part of living a well-rounded life.
