Since joining the Madison Brokerage in 2017 as an experienced agent, my role has evolved to become a dedicated Manager supporting both clients and our 60+ agents in our Madison and Guilford offices. Both offices, proudly have grown in recent years to be leaders in our marketplace.

With my extensive experience and deep knowledge of the local real estate market, I am committed to providing exceptional service to both clients and agents. I understand the importance of transparency and the significance of being a homeowner myself, which allows me to empathize with clients and agents alike. I am enthusiastic about helping individuals and agents navigate the real estate journey and achieve their goals.

In my Manager role, I strive to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for our agents, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their careers. As a previous small business owner for many years, I appreciate the passion each agent has for their profession. I believe in the power of teamwork and open communication, creating a strong foundation for success.

When I'm not immersed in the real estate world, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the vibrant communities of the Connecticut Shoreline. I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.

I enjoy being involved in community events, am a Committee Member of the Madison Rotary, have previously volunteered in the Clinton Public schools, am a Member of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Realtor Association and a Member of the Clinton, Shoreline and Madison Chamber of Commerce.
