As one of Manhattan's most successful brokers, Pauline has been intimately involved in all aspects of real estate for well over 20 years. Throughout the course of her career, Pauline has participated in focus groups with local developers, helping them in the design process as well as amenities that will appeal to the local and international consumer. Pauline's clients affirm that she is a top negotiator. Her expertise in the marketing and selling of residential property is invaluable to her buyers and sellers.

Pauline is now offering her extraordinary level of service and expertise to clients on the Jersey Shore. Having recently relocated to the Jersey Shore, Pauline will continue to provide her clients with the same level of attention to detail that she is known for. Recognizing that the Jersey Shore is a destination market for many Manhattanites, Pauline will continue to maintain a very close working relationship with her colleagues in the City in handling all referral opportunities.

Pauline is actively involved with the Parkinson’s foundation as well as donating time weekly as a volunteer for the Visiting Nurses Association. She serves on the board of the Manasquan Seniors and chairs the Berry Festival, their most successful fundraiser. In her position is as co-president of the Woman’s club of Manasquan, she oversees their many philanthropic endeavors and fundraising events.
