Stephanie McGovern

Stephanie is a key member of the highly successful Burr Group at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty’s Chevy Chase office. In her role as both an agent and team manager, she supports the 20-member team with their real estate ventures, leveraging her extensive marketing and sales expertise.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Stephanie embarked on her career in client services and business development with financial and community development firms. Her deep understanding of buyer and seller needs and her commitment to personalized client care are central to her approach. As a native Washingtonian, Stephanie appreciates everything that the city has to offer and has worked tirelessly in her community. Since 2005, she has been a driving force behind the Greg Gannon Canned Food Drive, which supports over 70 homeless shelters and food pantries annually. Stephanie’s dedication to coordinating this event and collaborating with hundreds of local families reflects her passion for community service and making a meaningful impact.
Residing in Bethesda with her husband and two children, Stephanie enjoys exploring museums, hiking, playing golf, and traveling with her family. She looks forward to the opportunity to get to know you and working together on your next real estate endeavor.
