Anne-Marie Finnell

Anne-Marie is a Senior Vice President of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and the co-founder of Finnell Lee Homes, a top-producing team based out of the Chevy Chase/Northwest DC office. Licensed and active in DC, MD and VA, the team has decades of experience in real estate and is known for delivering extraordinary service to their buyer and seller clients.
Anne-Marie consistently applies an exceptionally strong work ethic, honed analytical skills, and excellent communication skills on behalf of her clients. She stays ahead of the curve by enthusiastically keeping up with neighborhood trends, monitoring sales and industry shifts, and guiding her clients toward prudent choices at every turn given ever-changing market conditions. A natural connector, in addition to attending to every detail of a transaction, Anne-Marie goes above and beyond to help her Buyers find just the right home, and her Sellers to realize the best price and terms in today’s dynamic market.
Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia and a graduate of Georgetown University, Anne-Marie returned to Washington in 2001 after a decade living and working in New York City. While in NYC, she enjoyed a rewarding career in Executive Recruiting and earned an MBA from NYU in the evenings.
Anne-Marie lives in the Tenleytown neighborhood of Washington, DC with her husband and three adult(ish!) children. She is a board member of Families4Families.org, an organization that addresses food insecurity by empowering student leaders throughout the country to mobilize their classmates to help make a difference. A lover of all things sports-related, she loves starting her day at Orangetheory Fitness and cheering on her favorite teams whenever possible.
