Kristen Farman

Real estate perfectly combines Kristen's love for people and homes, and she brings her enthusiasm for both to TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Kristen has a personalized approach to client service and a natural ability to connect with people. Clients value her professionalism and discretion when it comes to negotiations, and her eye for detail when preparing homes for market. Her experience as a Media Strategist for clients such as Hershey’s, Bayer, and DuPont taught her the art of negotiation, while her experience in education taught her the importance of connecting with people. These qualities allow Kristen to build strong relationships and partnerships based on trust, and the ability to help people find their ideal home. Many clients return to Kristen for her keen insight and caring. Kristen grew up in Texas and has called the DC area home since 2004. She has an MA in Human Development & Special Education from The George Washington University and a BA in Economics from Connecticut College. She has served on boards and committees of a number of nonprofits and charities throughout the area. Kristen lives in Chevy Chase, MD with her husband and two children.
