Julie Antunes

I have an extensive background in both real estate administration and sales having worked in the industry my entire life. Starting as a real estate paralegal, I learned the legal side of the documentation involved in a sales transaction. As a mortgage loan originator, I became educated on residential real estate financing and buyer qualifying. As a title officer, I originated title insurance policies learning about liens, property encumbrances, etc. Throughout this time in my career, I always had an interest in residential sales. In 2002, upon moving to Arizona, I pursued and received my real estate sales license and subsequent Real Estate Broker's license to sell. That extensive training and licensing, together with my MBA from the University of Phoenix received in 2005, helps me provide the highest level of service to my cherished clients like you! When not working with clients, I assist with running Dog Rescue Adoption Events here in the Valley of the Sun specializing in Pugs and snub-nosed breeds. I also am a foster parent for dogs and do home checks for the rescue organizations. Giving back to the community is important to me and I am able to do this through my passion for animals. I have a son, daughter-in-law and 2 young grandsons who I love to pieces! My brother-in-law is retired from the Air Force and I saw the dedication and effort he put into his years in the service. My work with military families is my way of giving back to the military community. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Arizona Association of REALTORS, the Scottsdale Association of REALTORS and the Scottsdale Women's Council of REALTORS. The recipient of numerous awards for Sales Volume and Superior Customer Service, I strive to exceed client expectations.
