David Patton

Dave was born inside the 'Blue Line' and was a home builder for 25 years, specializing in log and timber frame homes and commercial building throughout New England and the Western states. He then directed operations for The Original Lincoln Logs for sixteen years, in addition to being a licensed home inspector and instructor for area qualifying schools and an active member of the National Home Builders Association. David entered real estate as a logical consequence of his experience and knowledge of homes, how they go together and how they should blend well with the land they occupy. Dave chose Select Sotheby’s International Realty based on his many wonderful experiences with their agents’ high degree of professionalism and understanding. He spends his spare time outdoors involved in fly fishing, hiking, canoeing, and the shotgun sports.
