PHILOSOPHY:
In real estate, it is all about building relationships, personalizing each client’s experience and working to not only meet, but exceed their expectations each step of the way. I love making a difference in people’s lives by helping them achieve goals and solve problems. As a lifelong resident of the Seacoast and small business owner, I have built long standing, personal connections which I cherish. The challenge of finding the perfect fit for both buyers and sellers is the ultimate reward and this passion makes me love to go to work every day. It is so exciting to find a ‘fixer upper’ for first-time buyers, exploring new construction, staging a unique property, or finding the dream retirement home for empty nesters. I love to listen to needs, agree on goals, and facilitate the best communication for a positive end result.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Upon graduation from the University of New Hampshire, where I earned my BS in Business and Marketing, I moved to Europe and began my professional career. My business experience in sales and marketing at a global tech company launched my career as well as my passion for working on a team to solve problems. The NH Seacoast drew me back to help run a second-generation family business, where my responsibilities included P/L accountability, financial reporting, operations and personnel management, business development, and social media marketing. This career helped me develop and hone strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. These skills have translated readily to real estate, where I can work together effectively with clients and other agents to successfully negotiate and navigate the buying and selling process. My experience also allowed me the opportunity to work with hundreds of families from the Seacoast to develop and implement The Arts through outreach programs, and oversee a second, but equally important, non-profit organization. Licensed in both NH and MA, I have had the pleasure to work with clients throughout the NH Seacoast and Northshore MA. I am honored with the opportunity to affiliate with luxury leader Tate & Foss Sotheby's International Realty.

COMMUNITY & PERSONALITY:
As a Rye Beach resident, I couldn’t imagine a better place to live and work. I enjoy skiing, cycling, hiking, gardening, travelling and sitting at Rye Beach with family and friends. I have been privileged to travel extensively throughout the US and Europe. This has only served to reinforce how much I appreciate and love the natural beauty and unique qualities of the Maine and New Hampshire coast. I truly enjoy all the amenities of the quaint city of Portsmouth, as well as our close proximity to the mountains, Boston and Portland. As an avid supporter of the arts, I have worked with and supported Pro-Portsmouth, The Prescott Park Arts Festival, New Heights in Portsmouth and Blue Ocean Music Hall. My work with the non-profit Seacoast Civic Dance Company has given me the opportunity to bring the art of dance into our communities, while supporting multiple other non-profits and community programs. I am a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, Rye Driftwood Garden Club and Rye Public library. I am the proud mother of three wonderful, grown children and married to my best friend, Troy.
