Dennis is one of the youngest members of the Master Brokers Forum, which is a by invitation only group of 250 of the top real estate professionals in Miami-Dade County. Dennis grew up in Miami, where his family worked in commercial real estate. He got his license at the age of twenty and closed his first deal while still in college. To date, Dennis has participated in some of the largest residential closings in Coral Gables history for $44,000,000 (’22), $30,000,000(’20), $26,500,000 (’22), $17,000,000 (’21), $16,750,000 (’12), and $14,200,000 (’20). Most recently, Dennis sold the highest recorded non-waterfront sale in Coconut Grove for $16,900,000. Dennis had a record-breaking year in 2022 as a top agent in ONE Sotheby's International Realty selling over $140 million in real estate.
