Nick Issa grounds all his endeavors in the belief that giving to and helping others is the best way to benefit oneself. Born in Beirut, Lebanon and raised mostly in the Contra Costa County, Nick has an innate ability to understand people and cultures from all over the world. He realized early on that the vast amounts of activity and diversity in the San Francisco bay area make it one of the most desirable places to live and work in the world. Because of this, he decided to go into Real Estate, where he could help others discover their dream home and develop their roots in this beautiful area.

Nick believes that Real Estate is about real people's lives, aspirations and dreams, not a mere transaction. Making a connection with a client is the ultimate reward for him. An active member of his community, Nick aims to show his gratitude and thanks for everything he has received, which is why upon every successful transaction, he donates a portion of his commission to the local Children's Hospital Miracle Network. He is also an avid supporter of the local Bay Area Schools.
