Katie Cairns

An established real estate professional with 23 years of industry experience, Katie comes from a family well-versed in real estate. She worked with her mother in the family's property management and development company for nearly a decade, and Katie's sister, Betsey Winstead, is also a longstanding agent with Monument Sotheby's International Realty. Katie is deeply committed to developing lasting relationships with her clients by skillfully listening to, understanding, and anticipating their needs. She brings extensive knowledge of the market and real estate regulations, high energy, enthusiasm, and optimism to her interactions. Often becoming friends in the process, her goal is for every client to be one for life. She completed her undergraduate studies at Frostburg University after graduating from St. Paul's School, where her two daughters now attend the lower school. Katie volunteers at St. Paul's, at her daughter's sports activities, and enjoys socializing with friends and family.
