My Partner in Real Estate and in life is my husband, Jim. We have been married for over 30 years, have worked together for over 26 years and have been a team in Real Estate for over 15 years. We enjoy working together in Real Estate because we both offer areas of expertise and we appreciate that in each other.

Jim is an expert negotiator and problem solver, and enjoys 'making things happen'. He excels in assisting a Seller in preparing a home for Listing and working with Buyers throughout the process to prepare them for the move to their new home. This service goes beyond the 'Close of Escrow'; we are here for you well after a transaction is completed.

My forte is: knowing the Sedona Real Estate market thoroughly. My specialty is transaction management. My goal is that each client is comfortable throughout the transaction I work hard to make sure that any questions or concerns are addressed. I prepare clients for each stage of the process, whether buying or selling.

It is imperative to know the current market, knowing the area (I grew up in Sedona), understanding the nuances of Today's financing and the importance of good investments.

On a personal level we have bought homes, sold homes, bought lots, sold lots, built homes and remodeled homes. We have bought properties for investment, for speculation and properties to call home. We understand what Buyers and Sellers experience during a real estate transaction because we have been there ourselves, many times.
