Craig Black

Craig attended the University of Louisville and Illinois State University where he parrticipated in Cross Country and Track and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science. His real esate career began in commercial appraisal firm in Raleigh, North Carolina and relocated to Portland, Oregon in 1998. Craig has 20 years of commercial and residential valuation experience as a state certified appraiser in both Oregon and Washington. He has closed several transactions since becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2012. Strong communication and accountability, coupled with motivation and energy, are qualities that Craig possesses. He enjoys an active lifestyle which includes running, golf, basketball and snowboarding.
