Laurie is the CEO/President/Partner of Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty. She is a creative and dynamic leader with a love of the Northeast region and the communities she serves. Laurie brings authenticity and determination to the continued success of those she leads. She enjoys connecting with professionals around the globe that share the love of the real estate business and who work together to continually raise the bar and create shared opportunities.
She has been a REALTOR® since 1994 and in 2005, earned her Vermont Broker's license. Laurie was named the 2021 Business Leader of the Year by the Chamber and Economic Development of the Rutland Region. In 2011. Laurie was named REALTOR® of the Year for the State of Vermont and was awarded the Omega Tao Rho, Medallion of Service and inducted into the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2002, 2007, and again in 2011, she was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Rutland County Board of REALTORS®. Laurie was named Woman of the Year 2013/2014 by the National Association of Professional Women.
She is a past President of the Rutland County Board of REALTORS® 2002/2003/2007 and has served as membership chair as well as the chair of its REALTOR® Political Action Committee, Government Affairs, and Hall of Fame. Laurie was a Vermont Association of REALTORS® director in 2008/2009 & Vermont Association of REALTOR® RPAC Chair.
She is a past President of the Board of Directors for the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce and sits on its events committee. She is a past President and currently sits on the Board of the Paramount Theatre and is the chair of its Festival of Trees Auction Fundraiser. Laurie has contributed monthly articles on the real estate market to the Rutland Herald's Real Estate is Local section. Also, she was a founding member of Proctor's Our Yard Committee and former Vice-Chair of the VT-NH Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Laurie was married to Michael Brochu in the fall of 2014 and resides in Rutland. You will find them with family and friends out and about enjoying all that our region has to offer.
