Kate Novotny, an associate broker, has a wealth of experience and expertise in the local real estate market that sets her apart from the rest. Kate has maintained her status among the top five percent of top producers in her peer group since beginning her real estate career a quarter-century ago and has been recognized for her stellar achievements and prominence in her field. She takes pride in the fact that the majority of her business consists of repeat clients and referrals.

Her hands-on involvement with building and remodeling over the years, including the recent construction of her new home in Malibu, continues to be invaluable in helping her describe the full potential of each property. She is from England, where she received her master’s degree in education.

Kate has a commitment to service that reaches beyond her profession. She served as president of the Malibu Association of Realtors® and on the management team for another local brokerage firm. She supports Meals on Wheels, The Painted Turtle camp for children with serious medical conditions in Santa Monica and the California Wildlife Center, Calabasas. She is also a volunteer and sponsor of El Faro Orphanage, Tijuana, Mexico.
