I am a real estate specialist offering comprehensive services for the purchase and sale of land, residential, and residential income properties. I provide a breadth of knowledge based on working in real estate sales since 1990. I have received awards for more than 28 years including the International President's Circle at Coldwell Banker, President's Gold Award of Distinction at Frank Howard Allen, ‘Top Agent’ status since joining Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Real Estate. Last year I was 4th in the company in unit sales for my area. I have been named winner of the S.F. Magazine 5 Star Rating in 2014-2021. Thus far in my career I have sold over 325 million dollars in real estate sales. I am a devoted real estate professional dedicated to ensuring my customers a high level of service including weekend and evening appointments, a highly ethical and professional attitude, and efficient problem solving skills. My goal in serving my clients is their satisfaction. I have experience selling residences----including those that are in disrepair, luxury homes, country properties, and new construction----as well as land for residential and development opportunities, small subdivisions, multi-unit income properties, and mixed-use properties. I serve Marin, Sonoma, and San Francisco Counties, and parts of Napa and Contra Costa. I subscribe to CleanOffer, Top Agent Network, Aalto, Marin Platinum, and LoopNet. I also participate in meetings for Marin commercial agents. As a member of the community, I support certain local organizations that resonate personally. I have continually supported the Larkspur-Corte Madera Schools since 2006. In 2015 I became a team leader for the ALS Association for Team (S)Miles and have raised well over $350,000 for the ALS Association in the North Bay, participating in a 28-mile bike ride which I plan to complete annually. I believe in owning real estate and I own my residence in Larkspur and residential income property in Petaluma. I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis.
